So I’ll break it down for you... over the course of the next 3 months.. minimum, we will work together step by step to develop the mindset of traveler, because until you get your mindset right, you can never execute effectively.
From there, I am going to show you exactly how to prep for a travel lifestyle including, understanding licenses, health insurance and tax home, creating your travel team and get the right people involved, using the power of technology to benefit your prep, creating a resume that gets you hired so that you can land your dream travel assignments.
Then, we will begin the travel process together and find an agency/recruiter that fits your needs, learn the basics of submitting, understanding travel pay and stipends, negotiate pay packages and sign your contract with confidence.
And lastly, I am going to help you with the lifestyle implications and building your community while on assignment, as well as, navigating what to do for housing and transportation with ease in an efficient and timely way. After completion of the your contract, help provide guidance for extensions and long-term considerations and what to do between jobs.

A 45-minute Zoom session with me personally every single week so we are making progress consistently.
At the end of each session, you will have specific and actionable “homework” to accelerate your progress and get you to becoming a travel healthcare worker quicker.
